Türkiye-Saudi Arabia Relations
10 FEBRUARY 2025
The potential defense deal between Turkey and Saudi Arabia is valued at approximately $6 billion. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan recently met with his Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud in Riyadh, where they discussed various issues, including post-Assad Syria and efforts to stabilize a region currently affected by the Gaza conflict. There are increasing defense ties between Ankara and Riyadh that could significantly impact the region, a development that Washington is closely monitoring.
