In a diplomatic show of force, President Erdoğan toured three Gulf capitals in three days and signed more than two dozen deals. The Gulf tour began in Kuwait, where maritime transport, energy, and investment pacts were inked. In Doha, the agenda shifted to defense-industry cooperation as Ankara deepened its strategic partnership with Qatar. And in Muscat, Türkiye signed wide-ranging deals on mining, defense, higher education, media, and visa liberalization with Oman.
